Fu-Wang Foods Limited was founded back in February 1997 and started its commercial production in August of the same year. It was 100% owned by foreign nationals and incorporated as private limited company. Later it converted into public company limited by shares in June 1999. And enlisted both stock exchanges in Bangladesh i.e. Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) on July 2000.

Fu-Wang Foods Ltd is a food processing industry and leading manufacturer of confectionery items viz. cake, bread, biscuit, toast, snacks, instant noodles. It also has separate section of delicious Chocolate items with wide varieties of Chocolates, Chocolate coated products and wafer bar etc. Fu-Wang foods has another wing under beverage industry items are drinking water, carbonated drinks etc.
